Who I am and what I stand for
If I were you, I would want to know what my background is that gives me the wisdom, skills and knowledge to work with you and help you make the changes to your diet and lifestyle you desire.
I worked in health and education for over 25 years before training first as a Coach and then as a Master NLP Practitioner and Trainer; skills that form a core part of the toolbox I use when working with you.
I value learning and growth highly so I continually explore new ways of ensuring, you, my client achieve the changes you desire and live the life you want.
Recently this has included gaining an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, during which I’ve been researching all the ways to help us live happy, fulfilled and purposeful lives.
Having worked with hundreds of clients over the years, what I have come to realise is that, most of all of our problems are created by us not being very nice to ourselves.
We are very self-critical and unforgiving in ways we would never be with another.
So regardless of the change you are exploring, it is my mission to ensure you also leave being much kinder to yourself and trust me, this, in turn, will reduce your stress levels and you will feel calmer and more able to achieve your goals.

If this all sounds a little serious its because I do take the business of ensuring you create the changes you desire very seriously.
However, as my many happy clients will testify, working with me is also full of laughter, maybe some tears and ultimately the wonderful feeling of freedom.
Freedom that comes when you let go of what you no longer need, and forget to remember what may have been getting in the way of you moving forward, letting you enjoy your happiest life.
