I worked in health and education for over 25 years before training first as a Coach and then as a Master NLP Practitioner and Trainer; skills that form a core part of the toolbox I use when working with you.
I value learning and growth highly so I continually explore new ways of ensuring, you, my client achieve the changes you desire and live the life you want.
Recently, this has included gaining an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology during which I’ve been researching all the ways to help us live happy, fulfilled and purposeful lives.
